Use wufoo forms to modify a user entry through Joomla

  • felipe.estradafelipe.estrada November 2011
Is there any way to allow a user to modify an entry they have already submitted? I'd like to allow the users of my Joomla website to log on to the site and fill out surveys created in Wufoo. However, I also want them to be able to retrieve their information on a later date and update it. I imagine I'd have to link the Joomla user to each entry, but I have no idea how to do it.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, once an entry has been submitted to the database there isn't a way to modify that entry.

Just to clarify, you can't do this through the api or allow a user to do it. You can edit the entries yourself through the entry manager: http://wufoo.com/docs/entry-manager/#edit
